So I have a slightly strange problem. Working out is going very well making good gains and having no issues. However, this is when I am eating whatever I want. Not a ton or over eating but maybe 2500 calories and a mix of many things.
So then when I try to cut fat down to maybe 25-30 grams total a day I last 1-2 days and then I begin to feel pretty damn horrible. And begin having horrible hunger pains. Not willpower pains but true hunger pains that go away the moment I eat anything somewhat high in fat.
Anyone else have something like this? I know people can have this with carbs and such...but not fat.
The only thing I really drop is the occasional fried food or something. So what the hell gives?
