Just a quick question, I took some time off from lifting and gained a little fat I might be like 20% BF but I really dont know lets just chubby. I am about to start a bulking cycle and wanted to know should I keep my crabs down til I lose some weight or just start out eating like a mad man and worry about the weight when I want to do a cutting cycle
