Just a quick question, I took some time off from lifting and gained a little fat I might be like 20% BF but I really dont know lets just chubby. I am about to start a bulking cycle and wanted to know should I keep my crabs down til I lose some weight or just start out eating like a mad man and worry about the weight when I want to do a cutting cycle :confused:

Any advice would be helpful thanks!!
 
You should do everything in your power to eliminate any crabs from your system.. Very detrimental to muscle growth... but seriously... there are alot of unknowns here.. like ur metabolism.. endomorph, ectomorph, mesomorph... so my best advice would be to eat clean carbs for strength and energy and add some cardio to keep bodyfat down.. But the extra muscle you gain will speed up your metabolism and help lower your bf..

Seriously though if your bf is the main priority i would do extra cardio and eat clean before doing any cycle.

running a bulking cycle at 20% bf is a mistake. Your more prone to gyno, and you wont be happy with the results, unless you want that bloated whale look. Seriuosly bro, drop to 14-15 % min before a cycle, preferably 12. Your results will be more solid and you (potentially depending on pct and a host of othe factors) can keep more gains from your cycle if you cut to the low teens compared to runnig it at 20%.

Another thing is what do you mean you took time off from lifting?:eek: when's the last time you lifted heavy for 3 months?

Unless your a solid year (or MORE) in the gym and close to your natural max (which is much more than 1 year lifting) then AAS should be on "possibly later" list.

the morre I think about it the farther you become from ready for a cycle.

Im more concerned with his crabs counts. If your crabs are high, then you can expect two things:

1. Quesitons from your wife or girlfriend
2. Endless scratching

I would say lay off the crabs, seek medical advice, and try to avoid the places that servered you crabs in the first place.

I remember when I was unhealthy. I got a bit fat, then next thing you know, im not getting the quailty foods that im use to and BAMB... I have a high crab intake...

It was horrible...but i was able to get back on track and you should also.

It would be good to spell check before sending =) It really changes the advice we give :D

I would not bulk at this point. Why do you have all that muscle if you can't see it...IMHO

Propose a good diet and we will help you out! Diet is the hardest but most important factor to a good physique. Gear wont do it for you.
