In the past I have used slin mainly on workout days at about 10iu pre workout and 10iu later in the day.
Now however I have been experimenting with 25iu pre workout to see if this is as effective as the smaller but more frequent shots.
I have been consuming around 250g carbs around training and therefore no where near going hypo.
In terms of results whats the advantage of smaller more frequent shots or is one bigger shot around training what others have used and found effective (as per Mike Arnolds suggestions)?
