I eat all kinds of garbage and junk food offseason and never have a problem. Large amounts of food. When i start dieting, something weird happens. My stomach starts to bloat and seems like my intestines are backed up. I shit probably 4x per day too. I dont understand why this is. Maybe the addition of vegetables which i dont eat at all offseason? Maybe too much artificial sweetener? Maybe not enough fats in my diet, since my diets usually are pretty low in fats?
Any thoughts? This happen to anyone else?
