dip belt

well my wife ask me what i wanted for my birthday and i told her a new dip belt. she said ok sho her where to order. i went a ran the add from new york barbell, circled the 800 number, product number and price. i am so excited is should be here wed. look out triceps. whats ashame is the gym had a nice one and some one ripp it off. oh well i got me one now. its just like xmas.

i love doing weighted dips. currently using 60 pounds for 5-6 reps on last set and going higher each week. i do them wide grip elbows out (chest style). one of my favorite exercises.
