whats the best way to take a diuretic 7 days out from owa sat show?

i was told aldactone tues-sat
dyzadie the night before the contest does this sound right >

Stick with Dyazide. Cut sodium out all day Friday and start by using 1/2 a Dyazide every 4-6 hours. Cut your water out between 6pm -8pm friday night.
