I need to eat 825 g carbs for my off season diet (as I weigh 270-275lb) on a work out day and considering I will eat 75g carb post workout and 50 before bed.That leaves 3 food meals and 2 drinks.Would you divide the carbs pretty evenly allowing a bit more for breakfast.Which means the drinks wil have nearly 140g of carbs which I use liquid malt as a carb source and wpc as protein.Or would you eat a bit more carbs at meals and a bit less in the drinks.
Another thing I have had to change my diet i have been eating about 350 p 800c 76 fat and have not been feeling full and have been really wasted for several or more hours after workouts for legs for example. I am increasing protien and almost doubling fat which I am hoping is the reason for my weight gains slowing,lack of fullness and tiredness ( note I feel I am getting leaner).Any opinions
