DNP first run

Ok, so I'm on day 3 of my first DNP run. 600mg/day powder, not crystal. I'm 250lbs fairly lean already. Not feeling much at all. A little warm, a little lethargic. Should I push it any higher? I'm a bit scared of using anything more than I already am. Thanks. Using a maintenance diet perhaps slight caloric deficit.

Peak concentration will hit day 5. I'd give it a few more days before changing anything.
I agree.

Don't push it. 600mg is a strong dose...you will feel like a hot sweaty ball sack soon.

I didn't really notice the sides either until I all of a sudden just got blindsided by them on day 5ish. Felt like dog shit. Worked though

If you trust where it came from, 600 is pretty damn high for a first run. Definitely wouldn't go any higher till you reach peak blood levels.

Update: feeling extremely fatigued and lazy, not bad heat though (although it's a chilly day here). It's definitely working. No urge to increase dose anymore.

do you take it all at once or do you split dosage?


Split, 200 every 8 hours or so... or as close to it as possible. Although, given the huge half life, I'm doubting it matters at all.

Hey sorry to hijack your post but I was considering doing my first cycle of DNP soon and was curious what people's thoughts are using DNP on cycle or off? And do you think it matters?

Well since I'm on my first run I'm not really qualified to answer, but given the "kick-in" time with powder I'd say cycling is probably best done with crystal.

DNP is fairly muscle sparing (i.e. Not catabolic) but in order to retain the most muscle mass it would generally be in your benefit to be on at least supraphysiological test. I like DNP and a small amount of Tren, personally.

^^^I personally wouldn't use DNP without having some kind of exo hormones coming in...generally people that do that go extremely flat, lose strength in the gym, and end up a mess at the end of it all
