DNP, Insulin, loosing bodyfat while gaining muscle cycle???

Hey guys, getting ready to get back into shape here after a layoff from some injuries. I was hoping maybe u guys can give me a little advice and critique. I have a few cycles under my belt in the past, but havent used anything in over 3 years. Bascially because of work, injuries I havent trained hardly at all in about 9months. Luckly, i am an easy gainer!!! Muslce and Fat. So I have only lost about 5 to 8 pounds of muscle , but gained a whopping 35 to 40 pounds of fat. Lots of pizza and ice cream damnit. I am thinking of doing something totally different here. Thinking of cutting for 10 weeks , then doing 10 weeks of AAS. Here is what I was thinking...

DNP ( also used DNP different times before) 250mg a day for 21 days, then 10 days off,
Insulin ( going with the "DNP Insulin" post here from big byrd), first time!!

Basically rotate that for 31 day cycles, and do 2 of them, then start my AAS cycle for 10weeks.. ( which I will post in a different thread). Heres my reasoning.....

I will react better with one good AAS cycle because I have been off so long, and I am way to damn fat to use anything, and I dont wanna waste my receptors on trying to cut.
BTW.... diet , cardio, protein all in check. Basicallly I just wanna know if the DNP and Insulin will shed bodyfat quickly, and possibly gain a few pounds of muscle back before going on my AAS cycle. Thought of adding some T3, at week 2 at 25mcg a day, but felt it might not be needed since i was only using 250mg of DNP a day. What do u guys think of this cutter/ muscle builder???? Thanks so much

WELL I HAVE NEVER DONE DNP...BUT I WOULD FOCUS ON THE DIET AND CARDIO FOR THE FIRST 3-4 MONTHS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING...I THINK YOU CAN GET IN REALLY DECENT SHAPE THAT WAY FIRST...FOCUS ON GETTING THE FAT OFF FIRST, BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING ELSE...I THINK WHAT YOU HAVE PLAN OUT WOULD WORK (LIKE I SAID BEFORE THOUGH, NEVER HAVE DONE DNP)...JUST MY 2 CENT...

Agreed deit and cardio will get you were you want to be pre cycle, you could even use this phase as a prime for your cycle. So you will get better gains when you go back on AS. You could also use a little clen. I would stay away from slin at this stage. DNP i can not comment because I have never used it, but from what I have seen it does not seem to be muscle spareing.

Appreciate the info guys. Ya, my first goal is to defiantely get the fat off first and foremost. So I have gone back and forth about not using the clen at all. As far as DNP goes, i actually LOVE stuff. If someone knows how to use it and does all the preparations and precautions while on it, it can bring fantastic results like nothing else in this world. I was only thinking of using the slin to put on the few pounds of muscle that I might loose while using DNP for the 21 days. I have heard its muscle sparing, then heard it isnt. From my own experiance, its kinda of a catch 22. It is muscle sparing at low dosages for short periods.. say 10 to 12 days. But increase the dose or stay on longer it tends to chew muscle up. At 200 to 250mg a day u hardly noticed the really harsh side effects, so u have to run it a little longer than the usual 7 to 10 cycle. Anyways, thanks for ur thoughts, open to anyone else also?
 
Chris I am actually on DNP right now...I happen to love this crap too. When done right it is quite effective at burning up fat. I havent taken slin with it as of yet but I may in the future. This cycle I am running it for 8 days at 400mg per day...I feel little sides thank God, just some sweating. Normally I run 600mg daily but I didnt want to eat up muscle either. I have run it with both T3 and ECA stack. I like both methods but the eca stack gives me the extra energy that I feel I need. I always supplement with lots of fruits while on DNP, watermelon, pineapple, and berries.
 
same here E, it is one time where its nice that U can eat fruit while dieting and not worry about it going as fat. It is burnt up and it seems as though I dont have the muscle aching as bad. Yes I have done it up to 600mg before, and as little as 200mg EOD. The slin is the only thing I havent tried with DNP, so if anyone has tried it this way, I would love the advice, results, info, etc?? Thanks for the input guys. I want to be meticulous with planning this out.
 
be very careful using the two together.

dnp is glycogen scavaging, and insulin , to some extent is carb dependent.

i say to some extent cause if your calories are high enough you can get away using insulin on a low carb rotation, but since you are dieting, i dont think your calories will be high enough to do both.

i know both of these compounds very well.

but i dont think i'd run them togther;

Hey BigF, I am also considering running the DNP by itself for the 21 days, then use slin for 10days while being off, then repeat the cycle. Basically fat loss is the main goal here, not gaining a lot of muscle. Whats ur opinion doing it this way, or should I just avoid the slin? Would it be worth it?
