im looking for a new workout program this fall and i just started reading about it today does anyone here use this program?
i cant find many details or examples of fst-7 splits if some of you guys could post some examples up that would be awesome
DC training will always be king in my eyes for mass and strength. I have never tried the FST7, but I have tried this in spurts and I think you may like it alot for something different that will get you big and strong....

Add some DC stretches in there, or adapt some principles to your own ideas. I like it the way its set up, I got pretty damn strong with it and got through some sticking points.
Your last sentence says it all bro. Take ideas from different training ideologies, and come up with what works best for you. It's all about breaking through barriers, plateaus, and ruts to advance to the next level of growth and development.
