Do I Have An Abcess?

Hi guys.

I've done a lot of cycles over the years of many types, including home-made gear, and I've never had an abcess. I used to work as a phlebotomist, so sterile technique is pretty-much ingrained in me. But this last Thursday I injected 1.5 ccs of Alinshop Supertest in my right hip, and there has been a painful lump there ever since. I figured I just got the injection too close to a tendon or maybe nicked a vein, and it would dissipate in a few days, but it is still there, and may be even bigger. It also seems like it is a bit warm to the touch, though I'm not sure about that.

I've been sleeping a lot since then too. I thought that was just from training harder than I have been, but now I wonder if I'm fighting an infection.

There is no visible redness or bruising, and the pain is only apparent when I lie on it or press on it.

I get that

it sounds like what I get from sus or t-400, it could just be cuz of the supertest, keep an eye on it and it should slowly dissipate, mine usually last about 5 or 6 days. I mostly use enanthate or cyp now with no problems. If you can cut it with some eq or deca in the same shot.

Not sure about the abcess. I got some test susp. a while back 200mg/ml but pure test. This stuff felt like I been kicked by a mule. Hot to the touch and painful. Yes a lump there for a couple of days. Tried to cut with b12 (water based) as the test was the same. It did seem to get better with each shot but still hurt. Hope all is well bro.

sounds like a serious irritant...

I am sure the SUPER TEST has something to do with that...I have a couple buddies that get the same way...then they feel like shit for 2 dyas then they are back to normal...they just avoid those test esters.

less MILLIGRAMS per shot and do more shots...less BA and less pain.

Ventrogluteal. It's a very common place to inject actually, but for some reason you don't hear a lot about it. Probably because it's a little hard to find on your own if you don't know how to properly locate it.

I have done just above the glute on the back by the illiac crest, but I am thinking he stuck himself on the side of the hip

Sorry, that usage of "hip" is common among medical people, probably because they don't want to say: "I'm giving you a shot in the ass!" But I really meant the upper glute.

Since my first post, some bruising has appeared, so I think it is actually just a deep bruise that took a while to each the surface. I don't think it was because of too many cc's; it was only 1.5, and in the past I've done lots of 3 cc shots with no problem.

The Super-T is POWERFUL (Alins the man!) so you could rest your head on "its an irritation" if you wanted to......but if you have some medical knowledge as you say you do.......you would go get it checked out. Something like a possible abscess gets me to the doctor first.........then to the boards later to tell what happened, not the other way around. If you can....maby post a picture of it. This is PM....the pros can spot an abscess from across the street.
Or..........you could just leave it and say "it will heal itself". I did that once (see picture below)

I shotgunned Stealth Test E, Deca and Tren E.
seems like only my left leg gets fucked up, but it might be because I am right handed. my second shot to the L. Leg was to the tear drop and a few days later I have this 1 inch wide, 3 inch long, sore lump. it is soft in the morning, but solid as the day goes. funny thing is the the lump starts about 2-3 inches AWAY from the injection site. Any ideas??
