Do you get leg cramps?

Ever since i've started lifting i've had an issues with leg cramps after legs or deadlifts. I've tried stretching, increasing flexability, drinking plenty of electrolytes, taking calcium/mag, foam rollers, leg cramp pills, reducing workout intensity and all these things help a little bit but I still get severe, crimpling leg cramps that sometimes leave the muscle sore for days. The cramps can happen anywhere, hams, inner quads, outside quads, groin etc.. and sometimes days after I've trained legs.
I'm going to try ice baths after i train now along with more of everything else i've been doing, but I still dont think this is normal.
Any suggestions or thoughts?
 
I get cramps right at the glute ham tie in at completely random times. Extremely painful and exceptionally annoying when I'm in public and I have to stretch and massage my ass.
 
This is going to sound stupid but for the last year ive done DC stretching after everyworkout and ive added 1/4 -1/2 teaspoon of sea salt to all my meals and take in around 2 gallons water a day. No cramps so to speak of. Knock on wood lol:D
