What would you do

Been away from the game and out of the gym a long time….. i would take trt here and there but haven’t been serious in years.

Just got the wife pregnant with our first child and I’m really out of shape fat and holding next to no muscle at this point …..

36 in a few weeks

The goal is get down to. 180-190 in 9 months and be as healthy and fit as possible

Would you start trt now or drop at least 20-30lbs and get a bit healthier before jumping on the test

I enjoy the keto/carnivore style of dieting and after i drop a bunch of weight i plan on adding in Some organic fruit

Check you hormone levels before jumping on any hormones, Total and free test, SHBG, IGF-1 , also lipid profile.

I don’t take stimulants my metabolism is already way too fast and free t3 is 4.2 naturally. I take Nebivolol daily for hr/bp control so taking clen would be counter productive.
 
Get FULL blood panel done so you know right away exactly where tkubare and what you have to work on and with.
Optimize your hormones , ALL of them , there is no reason on trying to go run a race with a couple tires low on air.
Start a diet that you can follow for the long term and get that established then jump in a cycle something more extreme like PSMF with a low does of DNP for a couple weeks at a time then go back to a normal diet them hit it's again , kinda stair step your way down you should be able to peel off 30-40lbs in a couple months if you body fat is really that high

I’m never going to touch the hard stuff (dpn,clen t3) again and i have a cardiac rhythm problem so any heavy stim is out

Afib? Or a more serious arrhythmia? Nebivolol can be a pretty good anti-arrhythmic with a low side effect profile but I’m sure you have your own protocol just my 2cents

Svt had 3 ablations and it finally worked i have been free of svt for 5-6!years but i get bad pac and pvc now as a result.

Im taking nebivolol for the last 2 years can def tell the difference when i take it

TRT @ 36... WHY??? You have to do the hard work and TRT is really not the solution.
 
TRT now so you don`t lose as much muscle while dieting down. Low T and kcal restricted diet is a path to skinny fat. Why add fruits later, after dropping weight? Why not now? Every color we eat is a different nutrient panel... which ones DON`T YOU NEED? I prefer to eat my fiber and nutrients from whole food vs a pill of substandard form. I also like to poop fully, daily and not wipe 8 times. If our digestive tract was meant to be mostly carnivore it would be short, like a lion. Our teeth would be different. Don`t forget digestive/colon health, that leads to whole body health... or illness

I think that you basically overcomplicated things to the point you are feeling lost, strest and constatnly concern about your decisions.
Leave the test alone for now.
Get at least 1g/lbs of protein
Get 0.5g/lbs of fat
rest of the calories cosume with the good sources of carbs like whole grains, potatos, rice, fruits
eats a ton of low carb veggies
get your 10k steps/d
start with 30min cardio 5-6x a week
traing as hard as you can
sleep as well as you can
stay hydrated
BE PATIENT AND DONT RUSH THE PROCESS

Thats all you need.
 
I was there after I got medically retired..as soon as my wife got pregnant I jumped on 200mg test e, 500mg EQ. Had no intentional carbs until dinner so I could sleep.

Did fasted cardio immediately followed by lifting while sipping whey hydroslates and EAA powder with fat free/lactos free high protein milk.

Got me back to a starting point really fast.

I’m a big runner so I started that in a huge way after the first month.

Jump on 250 TestE/C/Sust ew and reduce garbage food.
Do cardio 20 min+
Walk.
Train.
Keep e2 in check <50pg/ml

You will get fit soon.

You can fucking do it brother! Checkout my log post below because I was in a very similar situation to you about a year ago and came out on the other side bigger and better.

Def get your hormone levels checked to understand your baseline and then go from there.

thats actually really sound advice. i actually like the low carb method and i feel better and have less cravings. im going to add the fruit in and go from there

If your goals are not leaning to the physique and bodybuilding then see no problems, but if you wanna have decent, kinda muscular physique low carb/keto etc are the worst possible choice you can make in my opinion (remeber that i said in regerds to bodybuilding/physique not lifestyle for fun goers people)
 
UPDATE

just got results back.

Test is 250
Free test 45
Total test 85

Liver values actually got back in range cholesterol isn’t great but i was doing dirty carnivore and my sugar was 135 not sure if i fasted long enough

Time to get on test i would love to find a doctor in central Florida that will use my insurance so i dont need a trt clinic anyone know of any?
