TRT now so you don`t lose as much muscle while dieting down. Low T and kcal restricted diet is a path to skinny fat. Why add fruits later, after dropping weight? Why not now? Every color we eat is a different nutrient panel... which ones DON`T YOU NEED? I prefer to eat my fiber and nutrients from whole food vs a pill of substandard form. I also like to poop fully, daily and not wipe 8 times. If our digestive tract was meant to be mostly carnivore it would be short, like a lion. Our teeth would be different. Don`t forget digestive/colon health, that leads to whole body health... or illness
