Ever since i've started lifting i've had an issues with leg cramps after legs or deadlifts. I've tried stretching, increasing flexability, drinking plenty of electrolytes, taking calcium/mag, foam rollers, leg cramp pills, reducing workout intensity and all these things help a little bit but I still get severe, crimpling leg cramps that sometimes leave the muscle sore for days. The cramps can happen anywhere, hams, inner quads, outside quads, groin etc.. and sometimes days after I've trained legs.
I'm going to try ice baths after i train now along with more of everything else i've been doing, but I still dont think this is normal.
Any suggestions or thoughts?
