2 weeks ago I SMOKED 550 in the gym and hit 585 off the 2 board with alot to spare. The other day is was in the gym, and 525 felt heavier than the 585 and it was all I could do to lock it out.Have any of you guys ever experienced this before? How, do I avoid this in the future?
I can understand a 5-10 lbs difference, but 40-60lbs is kinda weird.
