I know every body seize don't watch the scale to much, but I do. Twice a day. Just to see how my body reacts through out the day.
I finally made it to 200# four months ago. And now I gotten to 209# at around the same body fat, (I'm sure its some water & fat, I'm not kidding myself) But I look ok. When I gain, it's usally at least 6-8 pounds within a week or two. And it takes a while to adjust to the extra weight I feel sloppy for about a month, then I lose a couple of pounds and I feel good again.
But the thing is, I get aggravated that I lose the extra couple of pounds. Don't get me wrong I know I'm gaining, I was just wondering if other people have a problem staying positive. Even though you know your gaining.
My workout parnter is 5'8 218 and he always stays around 6% BF, so he looks huge. And I'm always trying to make better gains to catch up. So I have a constant reminder that I have a long way to go.
