The MK is without the best bang for your buck. My recovery in the gym has been great. At first, I at the entire fridge but your body should adjust if you stick with it. I take 25 mg before bed.

MK is a very cheap but effective way to basically replace hgh usage. It's not for everyone but for most it can give great results. I would start lower in dose and see how you are and move up to 25mg if you are fine. Bad sides mainly include fatigue and water retention. Good sides include muscle fullness, pumps, recovery, sleep etc. It can contribute to fat loss but the water can hide that and another reason I recommend starting low and building up the dose as the water retention can be huge on larger doses.
It can also increase your appetite which could be good or bad for you. Some get a crazy increase in appetite but I usually don't notice much in that regard. Overall one of the best non aas products you can buy and definitely worth a try.
Now another cheaper way could be hexarelin only dosed at 100mcg 3 times daily. You don't really need a GHRH with hexa although one would definitely help matters. So if you can some cjc-dac if you wanted to. But for low budget you could dose it alone throughout the day with good results. Hexarelin provides a big gh spike and shouldn't effect appetite so is great when cutting or bulking.
