From what I've read, it appears as if customs has the legal authority to open any international package; maybe there are a few exceptions.
Granted, since there are so many international packages sent to the US everyday, customs probably opens a very small percentage of international packages.
On the other hand, I thought domestic shipments are a little more stringent. Domestic packages cannot be opened without a search warrant.
With this is mind, is it true that domestic postcards have less of a chance of being seized?
Can somebody tell me about the other sponsors? I haven't researched any of the other sponsors since the feedback with Alin is so positive.
All feedback is appreciated.
