Dosage injection?

I FRAG and I am a bit confused as to how much to use on the syringe, I have a insulin syringe at 1ml total. It has marks and I wondering at what level is the 200mcg line at? is it at the 10 mark? For the most part I do believe that I may have to inject 400mcg per day morning and nite any other ideas?

What size vial do you have? if its a 2mg. vial then if you fill it with 2ml. of bac-water each 10 on a 100 insulin stick will be 100mcg.
