Hey guys,

Although this is a forum mostly dedicated to pushing limits, I know there's a decent amount of guys on here interested in health and anti aging. That's the route I've been going the last couple of years.

I would be interested in mimicking something like 1 iu per day of GH. And I'm certainly not opposed to getting some generic GH, but there's a certain appeal to being able to order some peps with a credit card and not having to worry about a package being seized , etc.

Anyway. I was thinking about ipam/mod grf ONCE a day before bed. Maybe a very low dose of cjc dac. The most important thing to me is to avoid fatigue. As I get older, FEELING GOOD has become my most important goal alongside health. I'm never going to go win any shows, and life is too short to spend any of it feeling like shit.

Anyone else go this route with success?
 
Try MK-677. Some people get tired and hold a bunch of water but I don’t. I only run TRT and MK at the moment. I sleep like a baby and feel incredible. I plan to stay on it for a very long time.
 
I am similar. To old and worn to push limits. As far as GH axis I do well with GHRP2 and CJC DAC.

1.5IU is an average replacement dose for a healthy 20-ish male. Even the Rudman study in 67 year old (mean) men used 6.9IU 3x weekly (up to). The only peptide worth talking about is rhGH (that's a personal view).
 
You'll get the benefits your looking with mod gfr and a ghrp 3 times day. I think it you use cjc with dac you don't have to pin as frequently but you still have to use a ghrp in conjunction with it.

Having run both gh releasing peptides and gh extensively, I personally think you'll be more satisfied with 1-2iu gh per day. I guarantee you see more positive benefits and it only requires 1 subq shot.

And mk is an option but prepare to put on at least a good 10lbs of water.

Damn, I made this post a year ago and never did anything with it. I actually was thinking about just ordering some gh from a sponsor for the first time ever. Maybe run 1.5 or 2 iu per day.

I may get some Mk-677 as well to supplement it and stretch it out. There are days when I just plain get sick of pinning. I already do daily subq test as it is, and my abs are a bit 'lumpy' from it. Maybe Mk-677 2-3 days per week so my supply of gh lasts longer too.

My goal is still nothing more than anti aging. Since I originally posted this, I've noticed it takes longer to recover from workouts, old injuries are making themselves known, and it's time to do something about it.
