Any of you get into your ruts when you know you should be hitting the gym but you have no drive to get there?
When the weather outside isn't even co-operating - just feel kinda low all together.

Do you feel guilty for not getting to the gym?
How do you get over it?

It feels like I could sit and watch movies for the next few days.
 
You will get a ton of opinions on this one but I'll give you mine. Usually I get that when I get into overtraining. My body generally tells me when to take a break. Take a break and get away from the gym, get outdoors, do something, anything. Then revise your workout. Start from scratch and draw up a new plan of attack. Make your workouts interesting, try a new goal, whatever. your mind needs a break too. What good is it to workout if you don't want to be there?
 
I just make an ice coffeeor hot. Then I'm going strong. After the coffee and the 5-10 min it takes to get to the gym, I am ret to go.:D
