dumb question--Nutrient break down of baked potatoe?

I used to have a good nutriton book but can't find it. My other one sucks. It says 1 potatoe has such and such carbs. It doesn't say the size/weight of the potatoe.

Can someone help me out with this? lol

I ask TP4U on AOL but he said all that he has memorized is the McDonald's Menu.
