I'm not trying to rip on you or anything, but wouldn't it be better for you as a bodybuilder if you lowered the weight and used good form? it looked like you were just deadlifting and shrugging the dumbell.maybe im just misled. does everyone do their rows like that?
 
nice job but not sure why you would tape yourself doing them. squats, deadlift ok i like that. you sure use that camera alot:D

It's just a variation that hits the entire back hard.
If I used the 100s and did nice pretty reps with "good form" I wouldn't be feeling it in the midback like I am today.

the last thing on my mind would be setting a camera up before i pull 200 lb dumbells but hey thats me, To each his own like you said. i wish my gym had heavy dumbells, 120 dont cut it :mad: no hard feelings bro, your very strong as i said before and the form looks great to me. take care:)

yeah where do you find those old school hardcore looking gyms. they have 120's at my gym, one of the 125's is broken (bent) and they dont care enough to fix it.
