What exactly is meant by this? Is it all unprocessed food? Is it low-fat/low-sugar/low GI?
Are nuts clean? Are mangoes (very sugary) clean? Are potatoes (high GI) clean? Is salmon (high fat) clean?
I understand what's good and what's not, but I sort of need a general pointer on what this means.
