Eating Fiber, Weight Gainers and my 1st Cycle

Hey All,

Just wondering if you guys have a preferred way of intaking enough fiber to keep you regular? Is there a better or best weight gainer or protein mix to keep you regular? I'm planning on starting my 1st cycle (ever) of Systonol 250 and d-bol and loading 1.8 grams of protein per lb body weight. I'm 5'11", and 200 lbs, thick, not defined yet, and not a fatty either. How many calories should I be taking in to gain at least 20-30 lbs once I start my cycle?

I don't think any protein is gonna help you stay regular, probably the opposite. Try eating some oatmeal, broccoli, raisins or any green veggies.
