Just curious if anyone has had experiences using ECA during PCT to help keep up intensity and minimize muscle loss?

yes, it help with motivation, becouse you have hard time becouse of low hormones...but that is about all that it did for me...
 
EC has an anabolic/anticatabolic effect and should prevent muscle loss through a direct effect on muscle beta-adrenergic receptors. Just be sure to eat enough, since EC is a pretty strong appetite suppressant. You don't want to be restricting calories during PCT, since a caloric deficit definitely is catabolic.

I've used a clen, Eph stack post cycle with great success and there was a thread on it a while back on another board saying how its catabolic and you should never do that. Worked great for me though so idk if I believe that or not. :rolleyes:

People who say that EC and clen are catabolic to muscle don't know what they're talking about. Human research shows that they're both anabolic/anticatabolic to muscle.
