Is the 50mg winstrol at 4 weeks out ED or EOD?

It looks fine.. A good mix of "hardeners" (geez I hate that word) to help bring in a real crisp look.

Oh and Primo seems to be a GREAT compound for precontest because of nitrogen retention/protein synthesis.. Also great for joints.

55mg mast
ED

left Test E 1,3g/week this sunday so still have test in blood until like 2 weeks out... still hold wata...

Doses are individual.... but the compounds you have are perfect!

That should work wonders, start the second combo a few weeks earlier though perhaps?

are you running clen, ECA, DNP or any other fat burners with this stack?

Last prep was sust, tren & mast. This combo is something new I'm thinking about. I've used sust & primo before at a lower dose with great success as a "blast", so I'm assuming upping the dose and adding in tren while lowering calories would work great also. As for "fat burners" I'd probably throw in some Clen eventually. Not really a fan of T3

Well like others said you did look great your last show and this is just slightly more so that is a good progression..maybe I would do 150 eod of the tren since you will only be on that dose four weeks. Just what I might want to do but I'm sure this will work out quite well for you. Good luck with prep!

Thanks guys, I'm hoping it'll do the trick, didn't want to go too high total mg wise. Granted I know some local guys around here that take 2,800-3,000mg weekly, I'm just not wanting to do that

Another option I was thinking about was:
250mg sust
100mg primo
100mg eq
100mg tren
EOD

Then switch to short esters 6-4 weeks out
