Ingredients:
Egglife tortillas
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni slices
Italian seasoning
Olive oil (optional)
Instructions:Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
1.Place one egglife tortilla in the skillet.
2.Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla.
3. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. I use a square pan and put pepperonis on the side to cook faster.
4. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning over the pepperoni and cheese.
Cook until how much you like it done. Enjoy
There tasty imo. Less carbs without a flour tortilla.
