when I am doing dips(eccentric part) on some days I get something snatching/moving in the elbow. I suspect it is a ligament but it could be something else. I have had tennis elbow before in my other hand so I don't think this is the case this time and I did similar exercises but it is still there. Also get this on tricep pushdowns even though I try to warm up the elbows.
What exercises would you suggest or something else to to take care of it?
