elbow tendinitis

many elbow issues can be eased up if one works on forearms, especially the rubber band move where you put a rubber band around your fingers and open your fingers up

What you are referring to is either and Lateral and/or medial epicondilitis.

I get it off and on usually from some sort of Triceps extension and dumbell wrist ext. and dowel rod rope ex for forearms.

My self treatment is an ice cube massage to the area post workout, let warm/hot water run on your elbow areas during showers, NSAIDS, BLUE - EMU, and some times a fews days to a week off in conjunction with the above. Also, so make sure your get your joint/ connective tissue supplements,

Vit-C, MSM, Glucosamine/Chrondotin sulfate, Ect, etc ,ect

found some old posts about Humanofort. Seems to rebuild connective tissues. Just ordered it. I'll c what happens
