His physique speaks for itself. Amazing. But IMHO his form sucks. And his training partner is even worse. The bouncing off the chest and lack of eccentric control on the incline bench and the "fly to press" flys just looked awful. And no, I do not look remotely like Fankhouser, I just found his technique bothersome. Am I delusional here?

can be pretty compfortable for the hands..ive seen some use them with suicide grip but not with reg grip like these guys...was pretty interesting that they both used them for every single set.

ha ha damn Eriks legs are just silly huge! something i notice though is the difference in hardness between his upper and lower body, his legs are monstrous but they should look harder than what they do especially with the amount of muscle they are packing, you can't see any veins in his legs and they just don't have deep seperation either, just kinda odd to me thats all, but sweet baby JESUS are they huge

Erik trains at my gym sometimes, World Gym. I never seen him do legs, he always did chest or arms when i saw him and was tossing around some decent weight with that
