Heres my Synthol Cycle for Arm.
1st week- 2ml per head in biceps (short and long) and 2ml per medial and long head in triceps. EVERY DAY
2nd-4th week- 3ml per head in bi's and 3ml per med and long head in tri's. EVERY DAY
5th-12 week- Maintaince ...3ml per head in bi's and 3ml per med and long head of tri's, Only ONCE a week.
Here's my ?...I start my third week today and i've only gained a 1/2inch in each arm, with this kind of synthol cycle should'nt i have gained more and also how much should i expect to gain. I was expecting a little more results then this soo far....Thx
