Interesting watch but he contradicts himself so much and is all over the place who knows if any of it is true but entertaining nonetheless

I actually really like his podcast but Larry is a bit contradicting about SEO one second saying it works then saying it is pushed out of muscle during heavy training which is a head scratcher. I don’t think Larry is a bull shitter though and his stories about the old school guys are very interesting
