How To Eat Over 7,000 Mostly Clean Calories In A Day

Call it blasphemy, but IMO peanut butter & honey > PB & jam.

My kids growing up certainly agreed. We'd get the honey that came in the bear bottle and my son would call it "peanut butter and bear sandwich." Daughter loved it too. Nutella and peanut butter is huge for them as well. We also have this new caramel spread that Costco has - amazing and shockingly fewer calories than nutella.

Anyway - I agree with all of it except that I love raspberry and strawberry preserves too. My wife hated them so my kids just went with her choices as I only eat a lot of this as an occasional treat (low carb guy here). Regular fruit/berries I eat all the time though.

Not a fan of Nutella in general, much better chocolate spreads available. PB + dark chocolate/salted caramel spread = fap time

Ya Nutella in a peanut butter sandwich is a finesse thing. To much and it's an overkill and to little you dont get the effect.

Kinda gettin off topic from the original post but since going to raw honey I can’t go back to store bought honey. I remember hearing that honey changes ratios of fructose/glucose depending on the time of year it’s harvested, does anyone have any info on that or what would be the optimal time to buy it? Just nerding out a lil on it

It’s awesome. Grew up eating that as a kid. I’ll bring it up occasionally and people are usually taken aback by it lol.
