Estradiol help, first cycle

12 weeks prior to this cycle I started TRT
100mg week test cyp
1000 IU week HCG
.5mg adex e4d


E2 came back 3 days ago at <15 top of range is 39 pg/mL

before taking anastrazole it was 42

Taking .5mg e4d

Should I just stop taking it or cut the amount in half?
to .25 e4d?

or dissolve adex pills in vodka and do 12.5mg adex e3d?

3 days ago I also began my first cycle... upped my test dose to 150mg test p eod
as well as epistane starting at 24mg a day (will work up to 36-48mg a day.)
on top of trt


I need guidance on what to do about e2.
I haven't taken my adex in about 5 days.


whatever I do I want to get a e2 rechecked. I was thinking in about 3 weeks.
So far the plan is to not start adex back for 2 more days (7 days total off) but at only .25mg a week split in 2 doses

Why did you start off the TRT at 1,000 IU of HCG/week?

What is the frequency of administering the test and HCG?

No I didn't break up injections mostly because I knew 7 days post injeciton t would be low and that they would up my t dose.
It worked they upped my dose to 150mg cyp a week.

But now I'm taking 150mg test cyp a week + 150mg test p e0d + 500 IU hcg twice a week + 24 mg epistane a day

The docs started me on the hcg that high in hopes it would increase my natural test to go along with the inections

trt as follows:
thurs: T shot
Sat: 500 iu hcg
sun: 500 iu hcg
adex: .5mg e4d


edit: at this point I'm worried less about optimizing my protocol. I'm more so concerned with getting e2 to an acceptable number so I can get the most out of this cycle

I don't understand how using more HCG had them prescribe more test? Or did you just use the test once a week so you would be low after 7 days.

too much adex....u might not even need it

use it if you get high E sides

im on 150mg test cyp...and use .05mg 2x week....yes .05mg

.10 2x had my E too low....i could prob go without as well
