Estradiol Levels

What is the Optimun estradiol Level to be at?

Adult male 50[79] - 200 [79] pmol/L
1.4[80] - 5.5[80] ng/dL


These are my Results:

My Estradiol is at : 104 pmol/L

My Serum Testosterone : 775 ng/dL

Im 25 years old, I Read that Estradiol Should be between 25 to 40 ???

Is that right ?

Is there a Natural way to lower estradiol levels ?

Well if the range was 50-200 and your 104 that seems just fine. Your in range and still on the lower end

You also have to take your test into consideration. IT seems high. If its 775 the range is probably 220-800 or 850 so your at the high end of it which means it would only be natural for your estro to be a bit more on the higher end but its not so your lucky.
