When it comes to your diet and training, at least. Have you ever made changes and kept at them trying to make them work even if your not getting the results?

Such trying a high carb/low carb or high fat/low fat diet for example?

Training: one BP per day/ 3 day split/DC
 
To me personally, if you don't feel its working or seeing progress, why would you try to force it to work and continue doing it?
 
Last week went to dc split. Also went from 300 to 500 grams protein a day. keeping carbs the same and adding mac nut oil with all shakes. So far so good but I have a feelng this is really going to help me grow.

Ness, this thread means nothing regarding me. However, I find it interesting what others try and think about their experiences in this sport.
 
if it doesn't work in 2-4 weeks, i'll trash it.
if it makes me look worse even in 1 week, i'll immediately trash it.
 
Sure, periodically. I try something, stagnate, then switch it up. Reps, negatives timing, high vollume, supersets every so often. No benching for a few months, then back to it. It keeps it interesting.

For me, I could lift a bunch of rocks or push a car around for stimulation, but what I eat makes all the difference.
