holly crap that HST is a ball braker. I got the biggest pump I have had in a long time and I was huffing and puffing like I was doing wind sprints. The only shitty thing is I had to cut my squats off early do to upper back cramping. I Think it had to do with wheel barreling cement for 4 hrs before the gym.
I am looking forward to see how this workout is going to work for me.
