Anything with more of a supinated grip works better than a pronated grip for me. Like rope movements or reverse grip push downs or overhead extensions with same grip.

Anything that the elbows are angled out like below…the lines are your arms. The second is if you used a rope and your elbows are in line. Think V bar press downs vs rope press downs
