Experienced Gh users chime in(please)

If I were trying to gain skeletal muscle, I would:

1) Dose 10iu on workout days
2) Dose 4 to 6iu on non workout days

If I were trying to enhance recovery, I would:

1) Dose 4 to 6iu every day

If I were trying to maximally affect fat loss, I would:

1) Dose 2iu prior to cardio
2) Then 1 to 2iu every few hours throughout the day
3) overall dosage would be 4 to 6iu per day
 
If mass was my goal I would get as high as I could tolerate 15+ . That being said 10ius a day of gh will get you very large. If I took 10ius I would do it in 2-3 shots if 15ius 3-4. I would suggest run 10ius for a while if you never have you cant just start shooting 15 well most cant you will be tired and possibly ache. 10ius can even be hard to run. If money was no object I would make sure I had a1 china gh. I still wouldnt get script though. kigtropin,thanktropin,novotropin,rips,mexy in the order I would pick them. Remember if your not trying to go pro or something 10-15ius is prolly the most I would ever use. 10ius will get you big big big. This is just for entertainment purpose.

From my online research this pretty much summerizes it all up for someone's goals. Of course your level of use would change the dosages especially if for size but for just pure fat loss or recup, this is what i've found on all the boards and most everyone agreeing with. Thank you

How about for a women just for fat loss? My gf is 25yrs old and been steady working out for years now and just looking for the added edge. I figured to start her off just 1iu/everyday upon waking up before morning cardio. Maybe do this for a few weeks then add 1iu before she goes to bed for a then total of 2iu/everyday? Haven't found much info on female gh use purely for fat loss and of course some muscle recup just to have a lean hard body. Wants to compete in bikini if that gives you an idea, not looking for muscular. Thanks
 
2-3iu is all she needs. Train hard and make sure protein intake sufficient.She will lose fat and put on some muscle.
 
Results are great, I can add a lot more mass in that 5 weeks than I can running at 10 or 15 ius constantly half of the year.

How High do You take the rest of You gear usage during these GH Blasts?
 
i would go 10 iu a day till it was gone.
incidentally, i cannot handle more than that. i would love a blast but the sides man..

Right now I'm on a gram of test, 75 mcg of t3... In the past I've done it on 200mg of Test E a week and nothing else, Still got great gains, This time I've decided to put more test with it to see what happens. I just started yesterday actually. I personally don't go very high on doses, This is the highest I've ever run anything, So I hope I can handle it.
 
I don't have an answer, just a question. What level of side effects are you willing to tolerate.

Do a thread search on Jesse. He had a months long thread of using insane amounts. Lots of input. 40 page thread?

Everyone tolerates the sides differently. Jesse tolerated doses that would hospitalize me. Check out Osiris's thread too. Lots of great first hand documentation.

It's all on the board already. I'm not criticizing your lack of searching. But you will get far more thorough direction/input from reviewing these existing threads than starting a new one. :) it's some good reading too.
