Fat Free Cheese

Anyone ever tried this? I realize that dairy for the most part has no place in a cutting diet, but in an off season diet I use it every so often. I found that Kraft started making this fat free cheese (at least it's new where I am at) and it tastes pretty good for being fat free!

It's mostly protein with a few carbs, and sure it's processed but probably not as much as some things are. I feel like it's a good solution for someone who is trying to eat good while still being able to add some taste to foods once in a while.

Anyways, I like it! Not as good as regular cheese (the kind loaded with fat) but it isn't half bad!

Yeah I use that sometimes along with fat free cream cheese, hood calorie countdown fat free milk and fat free greek yogurt. Kraft also has shredded FF mozzarella as well as FF singles. I don't pretend that it's healthy and I don't love it so I only use it occasionally.

The only fat free dairy product that I don't use is cottage cheese. Disgusting. I like Friendship 1% No Salt Added.

Yeah I doubt it's healthy but its got a decent amount of protein, no fat, and its great in small amounts especially when you are trying to make something taste better.

you should look up/try Lifetime cheese, its pretty tasty and whole foods carry it by me

Fat Free labels are very misleading. Its not always fat free! Check to see what it says on the label ingredients etc. Cottage Cheese is much better choice than any fat free cheese.

To be labeled "fat free" the product has to have less than .5g fat per serving so not always free of fat but at least less than 5 calories a serving.

I've tried them before and I liked them but they do feel like kind of plasticy.

I buy it regularly, mix it with my scrambled eggs, or throw it on top of my rice, in a spinach salad, I love cheese, and well this one has no fat so I dig it.
