this picture was taken 15mins after waking up.i dont have a fat caliper but i do have the digital scale, and it reads 155lbs/15.5% fat 60.5% water, my height is 5.6
i was on vacation and walked all over the place 4-6hrs a day.
before this i [email protected] 17.5% fat.
is 15.5% correct? or should it be lower or higher?

125mg test e EW
50mg deca EOD
ghrp n cjc 3x ED i fill up the bottle to the top with water and pull out 15units each time.

15% looks about right. Those digital scales are usually highly inaccurate if you get in the lower bf

i disagree

i personyl think high 13% is more accurate, i never seen a guy with upper abdominals showing who carrys above 15%

unless you happen to store most ur fat on ur legs and back, which is a possibility

plus the fact ur running deca at 50mg EOD could be causing you to hold abit more water, causing you to look smoother, personlyto me ur chest and arms seem to carry a little water retention, so this is is going to make u appear a little higher in bf%

just my opinion, but i think ur developing well

Not even close to %15. Def more along the lines of 12ish if not less.

Nowhere near 15% , that machine is waaaay off. You are easily 11-12% bodyfat..you have damn near a full 6 pack bro...

Just because the dude doesnt have blocky abs and big obliques doesnt mean he isnt lean. His core is small, but he is still lean. Easily 12%

within the last 16yrs, i've done about 500 situps total. i did about 100 or so about 6months ago. legs, back they all look about the same leaness.
drinking raw eggs+true mass+walnuts 3x per day with 1regular meal is what i been eating. except the last 2wks.
i must say, i really like the sound of 12-13%!!!

so, this digital scale weighs out the visceral fat, body fat, correct? that why its reading 15.5%? so, i am 12-13% maybe?

here's another picture that was taken back in late october before deca n peptides.
this picture was taken with camera phone.. so not a good quality...

hey buddy - u look pretty lean so I'd say closer to 12%. That looks like a terrible cycle tho unless it's hrt. 125 a week for test is way low if your deca is 325/week. Test should always be higher than deca. Y using any AI's? I don't know what your age is, but seems like you are fukkin with your natty test production in a bad way. i'd post it up in the steroid section.

im 37, been on hrt for the last 5yrs. 125mg test probably seem low to you.. maybe because 500mg minimum dosage u read online? but for me it's plenty, im actually thinking about lowering it to 62.5mg. remember im only 5.6" short
and deca, i take 150-200mg total per week not 325mg.
again for me its plenty, im seeing results daily at this dose. my joints feel great, skins baby ass soft.
i do have letro here, but i haven't used it yet... no acne, no sore nipple, no milking, maybe some bloat.

I would guess 12%.

If your dosages work for you, stick with 'em! Too many people mega dose this stuff...
