I checked out a few youtube videos of diff methods used... Being a boxing coach i have wrapped thousands of hands and know a few "tricks" about doing it.... Can you please tell your fav method of knee wrapping for lifting, why you feel that method is best, and any "tips" you have learned in your experience doing it.... Thanx

it honestly comes down to the lifter and what he/she wants. I know for myself on my first attempt my wraps wont be as tight, then second tighter, then third I actually use a brand new pair of wraps that havent been used and make sure my feet are numb. What has worked best for me is going outside to inside, starting just under the knee cap, and cranking the wrap down every time i pull around, make sure to keep the knee stable so it doesnt move, i know Super Training put up a video but also check out NEO Barbell, Joey Smith has a great video of how him and his team does it.

Two wraps around top of knee then cross knee going down. Two wraps below knee then cross going up. Repeat. Basically you make an x pattern in front of the knee, and also you leave the "articulation" area of the back of the knee wide open. Gives you great knee support, a great boost in getting out of the hole.
