Yes Peckerwood, I dont care what is said about him. It takes a whole team to win the superbowl. It takes one man to set stability, longevity, and persistence records. I hold him as one of the best athletes in NFL history. No, I didn't say winningest, I simply said best athlete. The guy is a machine. Just this week he sets, yet another record of being the only 40 year old to go to the playoffs. The guy had the most consecutive starts in history, doesn't that say anything for his resillience? Hands down choice for me, for all around best athlete, but others will argue. And no, I'm not a Vikings fan. But I have to say, and I've said it since I saw the team come together, Peterson and Favre make for a force to be reconed with. Either way, has anyone set more longevity or resilience records? The guy just doesn't get a boo-boo and run off stage like most QBs do.
As fo cold affecting him, well, hasn't this guy played in Green Bay his whole career? And someone actually brings up cold as his kryptonite? Are you kidding me?
