I see we have a lot of information for MALE bodybuilding...bulking, cutting, strength, and contest prep.

How about a nice artlcle for women precontest for a figure show, bodybuilding show, and fitness show???

I am NO expert I can tell you that...I have helped a few ladies out. One woman even placed first in her class, but I am NO expert by any means.
