hey i was wondering if i could get some advice. Im 6 weeks out from my show right now, and while im natural, with the most exotic supps being gaspari halodrol and novadex, im thinking about using clen for the last 6 weeks. My fat burner is jet fuel, which i supp with ephedra at 90mg a day right now. I know theres been alot of threads about it but i havent been able to find my specific answer-

If i go with clen what would be a good starting dosage? Should i rotate it every 2 days with the ephedra or since its only 6 weeks (actually more like 5 since i hear it causes you to hold some water so ill prob ditch it peak week) can i use along with ephedra? Thanks for any info
 
My two cents: Don't make any big changes during peak week. Meaning, if you're taking Eph, keep taking it.

I know very little about Clen besides the basics, which are that people will generally ramp it up and down over two weeks. Can be taken longer with Benedryl or Ketofin (sp?). DO a search on it dude. There is literally volumes out there on Clen.

One question: What Natural Organization allows Clen? Or are you just cheating a little? I don't care either way...just asking.

My adivce: if you want to cheat, cheat big. Don't break the rules just for Clen...I see it this way, If I'm going to rob a bank, I'm not just taking a cash draw...I'm taking the vault and banging one of the bank tellers before I leave..

halodrol

did you like the halodrol? I used it for 8 weeks then realized I was wasting my money... if I wanted to finally get to my best, I needed to dig deeper and spend $60 a box on a much better product.. I like it but it isn't worth the price you pay.. but depending on your dasage you take of the clen.. you may want to stop taking it two weeks out, unless your not doing a natural competion..
 
its not a tested show. Im not on any gear but i just nervous i wont lose that last little bit of fat in time. Im prob being paranoid. As far as the halodrol goes...i dunno man. Basically i kinda think im wasting money but its not to expensive regardless. My supps are animal multi, beverly mass aminos and ultra 50 livers, EFA, glutamine, jet fuel and ephedra, joint soother, halo and nova (gaspari)

I know its not a powerful combo but im just prayin it helps me keep as much muscle as possible as i diet down. Any natural supps that you guys do endorse?
 
well I can't say too much in here or the more experienced guys in here will be all over my newby ass... reason I asked is staying away from aas is ones choice.. holodrol is lacking from the original halodrol-50.. you can take the equibolon which you can get at most gyms, and atleast it has andro in it to give you extra kick.. novedex xt though I like it as a testoterone booster.. but in my research and learning (especially in this forum, by the way you can learn a lot from theses guys) gaspari has set their stack up like an AAS cycle to get you to feel like your hardcore... in reality you don't need novedex cause your not doing shit.... but research you clenbuterol little more, and you will get your answer.. but I would say ECA stack with diet and great cardio would be better on you to fine tune it and gives you more control.. check out some of the threads on getting ready for show I here.. some of the guys are the shit, and will amaze the hell out of us newbies.. extreme
 
thanks bro. i was mainly using the nova and halodrol for the anti estrogen factor, cause yea, i know nuthin except the real gear is really gonna pump your test levels. Im just hopin the bit of 6oxo in it helps with the estrogen levels. Obviously im new to this (as far as serious, if you can call a state show serious) whole test regulating ect. Im starting a keto diet tomorrow for the last few weeks and im hopin that does it for fat loss. also i havent added asprin to my stack yet but im gonna on thursday. Im sure its in a thread and i wanna say its 89mg but do you know offhand the dosage of aspirin you need to add and over how many doses a day you should get it?

most of your regular ECA Stacks go like this 25mg ephedra 200 mg caffeine 100 mg asprin.... you know 3 times a day.. but I personally triple mine per serving.. but I have been taking this combo since 1995 cause I used to work night shift.. so my tolerence is pretty high...
 
yeah im not very succeptable (sp) to stimulants it seems. I stopped noticing my fat burner after less then a week and unless i take it b4 bed i dont notice anything with ephedra, and i dose 30mg 3 times per day. Ill have to check the caff mg in my fat burner but i belive it is 200. I never like to do more then the rec dosage but i might bump up to 4 pills twice daily and see how it feels. And thanks, im gonna add the aspirin on thursday.
 
Why are you so concerned with estro if you're not on any gear?
 
Im not overly concerned but i know excessive cardio lowers test and can raise estro, and im doin 45 mins 7 days a week with and additional 45 mins 4 of those days in the morning before work. I dont think its gonna be a BIG deal but anything i can do to help i want to ya know?
 
Dude - I pounded the cardio before my last show (natural which at that point I was). I looked like an emaciated refugee in the end. The biggest problem is that the cardio is so depleting at a time when you're probably not eating eoungh.

If anything, keep the cardio to 20 minute sessions but do 3 sessions instead of a single big one.

Take it from the king of cardio idiocy. I was clocking 7 minute miles x 5, doing sprint work, and even foodball running drills, long 10-12 mile jogs on the weekend.... up until a month before my show...I had the speed of a D1 wide receiver but on stage I looked like a swimmer instead of a bodybuiler.

hahahaha yeah i know what you mean man. Its hard to figure out what works for you when your first starting. If i could id do 5 hrs of cardio a day if it would help, but obviously you gotta find the right balance. Its all learning. My show isnt a national qualifier, so its not like its outrageous competition or anything (although ill bet ill be one of the very few not geared up) so im trying to get to the state of mind that im doing it for fun and to stop stressing out, cause thats just gonna hurt and ruin the experience for me anyway.
