i am competing in my first teen show on november 7, and was wondering if some of the guys on this forum could point me in the right direction.
im 6'2'' 282 with around 11% bf, i just started my diet and cardio yesterday at 15 weeks out which consists of,
730-wake up eat 1/2 grapefruit 16oz of water and then do 30 min. of HITT cardio.
800-1 1/2 cups of oatmeal-10 egg whites-bcaa's
1000-2 cans of tuna-1 sweet potato-1 1/2 cups of mixed vegis
1200-10oz flank steak-1 plain baked potato 1 1/2 cups of peas
300- 10oz chicken-1 1/2 cups of mixed vegis
600-10oz of flank steak-spinach salad with lemon juice and vinegar-1 1/2 cups of corn
900- whey protein shake or 10oz chicken breast
1100-8 egg whites
i drink 2 gallons of water daily and i also have a little loose skin on my stomach so i started putting preperation-h and plastic wrap on it every night before bed.
my workout out sessions are 2 days on and 1 day off right now. my supps are coming in next week which consists of,
weeks 14-4 test cyp 500mg/wk-EQ 400mg/wk
weeks 6-0 tren ace. 100eod- winsrol 50mg ed
weeks 4-0 clen/t3
a-dex as needed and nolva for pct
