first teen comp. need help

i am competing in my first teen show on november 7, and was wondering if some of the guys on this forum could point me in the right direction.
im 6'2'' 282 with around 11% bf, i just started my diet and cardio yesterday at 15 weeks out which consists of,
730-wake up eat 1/2 grapefruit 16oz of water and then do 30 min. of HITT cardio.
800-1 1/2 cups of oatmeal-10 egg whites-bcaa's
1000-2 cans of tuna-1 sweet potato-1 1/2 cups of mixed vegis
1200-10oz flank steak-1 plain baked potato 1 1/2 cups of peas
300- 10oz chicken-1 1/2 cups of mixed vegis
600-10oz of flank steak-spinach salad with lemon juice and vinegar-1 1/2 cups of corn
900- whey protein shake or 10oz chicken breast
1100-8 egg whites

i drink 2 gallons of water daily and i also have a little loose skin on my stomach so i started putting preperation-h and plastic wrap on it every night before bed.
my workout out sessions are 2 days on and 1 day off right now. my supps are coming in next week which consists of,
weeks 14-4 test cyp 500mg/wk-EQ 400mg/wk
weeks 6-0 tren ace. 100eod- winsrol 50mg ed
weeks 4-0 clen/t3
a-dex as needed and nolva for pct

Well being a teenager, a big one at that, you won't find too many people willing to discuss cycles with you...Diet yes...Cycles...not so much. You need to post up some quality pic's so the members here that do compete can access your physique. 6'2" @ 282lbs w/ 11% body fat? How did you measure your body fat? I don't mean to doubt you and insult you, but if those are really your stats, you are quite the teenage genetic freak. :D
 
one of the trainers at the gym i workout at measured me with calipers, i will try to figure out how to post pics if i can, im kinda new to this on here, im not by no means a genetic freak at all i have just always been big and not really muscular or anything just a big football player, i dont really have anyone to help me with this comp so if anyone on here sees somthing i might be forgeting please point it out. thanks for the reply

Exactly how old of a teenager? If you're younger than 18, that can be a legal problem if you're here in the states.

Yes....very impressive stats...maybe its a coincidence but how come every time someone younger comes on here asking about cycle advice with impressive stats either doesn't have a camera or doesn't know how to post pictures? :confused::D

Pics do speak louder than words..... estimated bodyfat and scale weight, are just numbers to me that say and mean ZERO.

Also, if you want a bunch of people confusing you as you start your prep this is exactly what you should do..

There are some great people here who all have a different method of approach.

Listening to bits and pieces and throwing this prep together in this manner is no advisable. Sorry to seem so negative.. Good luck though..

I can attest to this. I did my first show last year (arkansas state championship) and won the teen division and came in shredded--i had a trainer for this prep. Then this year I competed in teen nationals and I did not hire anyone, i just did exactly what Alex says and listened to bits and pieces and threw together what I thought would be best. My prep ended up TERRIBLE, and going at it with this approach completely killed me. I was 191 4 weeks out and weighed in at the show at 200 :O..FML--def. hiring someone for next prep, and I advise you do the same if you want to look your best. There are some great people on this board to help you.

did you kno that im 6'4 320 lbs with 8% bf :p
 
He's a big boy alright. My protege has has the same stats as the OP so I don't doubt his stats.
 
you got 250 LBS of Lean bodymass.

Thats a 255-260 Stage Condition at 6.2

Bigger than Arnold Swarzanneger by 25 pound of Lean body mass.

Post of some pics, i wanna see this.
