Been working with phil since august. Took some time off for personal reasons. But got back with him a little over a month ago and the results have been amazing. Was having a little trouble diet wise since im used to eating when not hungry and i was just being stubborn. But ive wised up since then and am seeing great things. With Phils training your forced to listen and learn from your body which i enjoy greatly. Thanks for everything phil.
