No really, you are right, I have never read a thread with someone who HAS tried them who did not like the results or the way it enhanced their workouts.

I would give a shit less who flamed me....I am honest and everyone here knows it. I will post up a million times if my thread gets deleted that is legit.
That being said, LBAs are great. Pre and post workout just a small swig with water to wash it down and I love it. I can't wait to finish off the free whey protein I got so I can go back to LBAs.
