For anyone anal about research chem legality

Spoke with a good buddy who is in law enforcement about research chems and this is what he told me. First off, the research chem sites(most of them) have a disclaimer saying for research only, not to be consumed by humans). If you order and for some reason get it taken through mail or in your house you are not liable at all. They are legit sites and its not the customers responsibiliy to know the fine details of the law, its the sites resposibily, so unless you happend to get walked in on by a cop while your taking some nolvadex orally, you cannot be charged with anything. They are legal to possess for research...

now he said if you really wanna ensure safety, buy a cheap ass used microscope and squirt a little bit of a few diff research chems on some slides Keep in the same area as your research chems. Have a list with some bullshit expierements you've been testing. Doesnt have to be einstein related but look up some stuff on line and jot it on the paper. This way it looks like your doing personal research and nobody could charge you with shit.

Not true, ignorance is not a defense. It is 100% your responsibility to know the fine details of the law. Your buddy may be in law enforcement, but he is incorrect in his knowledge of the law.

Yeah I'd have to agree if they want to charge You they will do so regardless or find a way to...it's the legal system which means all rights go out the door

I would transfer your liquid into another type of small container to store it in, so no one could know it wasen't the original chemical unless they tested it in a lab.

And ignorance is a defense in certain circumstances. Think about it, if the gov wanted us to know every single fine detail of the law, we would all have to be required to have a law degree to be a u.s. citizen. We are responsible for whats obvious. Now, clearly saying you had no idea that you cant steal, wouldnt pull but something like a research chem or if someone scams you somehow its never your fault.

Not quite. What you are talking about is a mistake a fact. A mistake of fact is a defense, but a mistake of law is not. If the matter can be believed at all that it's a mistake of fact and a mistake of law combined, then it's considered a mistake of fact as well. I used this succesfully as a defense in the Supreme Court.

A mistake of fact generally means that you thought (and can prove) that you were following the law and that you were lead to beleive that you were following the law. So in all respects, you were 100% certain you were following the law as you were not given any indication that you were not.

A mistake a of law means you didn't know the law and it's not a defense.
